April 2008, the web site www.sou300.com was put online. In June, it began the market operation, and put on the whole Chinese market.

August 2008, the Jiexunhuatai Technology Ltd. Beijing, which is the parent company of sou300, was established. In October, the first branch office (Beiyuan) in Beijing was opened. In November, the second branch (Jinsong) in Beijing was built.

April 2009, the branch in Sichun was established.

May 2009, the branch in Tianjin was set up.

June 2009, the Beta version of the commercial search was put on line.

July 2009, due to the business need sou300 expanded the company’s scale, and moved its headquarters to 11th floor in Longhui Building by the eastern third ring road.

October 2009, branches in Shandong province, Dubai and Hong Kong were successfully signed. 

November 2009, the web site club.sou300.com/home/ (Canyuba) was put on line, and the web site address navigation station was fully updated.

December 2009, Sou300 signed with American PASCO Financial Group, PASCO assists Sou300 to put on the NASDAQ market. And the procedure was started. At the same time, the branch in Henan province was set up.

January 2010, the Sou300 Internet Technology Ltd. Heze Shandong province was opened.

May 2010, the branch in Suzhou Jiangsu was established, and named as the Sou300 Internet Technology Ltd. Suzhou.
